An assessment of your site. For qualifying sites, a no-cost engineering assessment through a national U.S. Department of Energy program we work with — a written report of where your money is going before anything is installed. The assessment carries no charge and no obligation.

Sensors in, we fund the fix. A 90-day pilot establishes the record. Measures you approve are financed and installed with no capital from you, and you pay from savings once they are verified. The pilot deposit is credited in full toward implementation — nothing you pay is ever lost.
