01  /  Who we work with

Fit comes down to how a site runs.

We work with industrial and manufacturing operators across the United States. What decides fit is not what a facility makes — it is how it runs: whether there is continuous, meaningful load to recover, and whether the site is a single operating unit we can deploy against and measure cleanly.

Continuous load

Sites whose energy is a real operating line rather than a rounding error, running on a steady duty cycle rather than in short bursts.

One operating site

A single facility is the deployment unit. Multi-site campuses are worth a conversation, but they are scoped differently.

Room to act

An operator with the standing to approve work on their own facility, and a reason to want the operating cost down.

02  /  What happens next

From a two-minute check to a running site.

The fit check. Two minutes online. It applies our criteria for you and tells you where you stand.

A call, then an assessment. If the check says you qualify, our email includes times for a phone or video call; qualifying sites can then be scheduled for a no-cost engineering assessment through a national U.S. Department of Energy program we work with — real engineers, on your floor, producing a written report of where your money is going. Larger sites go straight to a scoped site review with our team. The assessment carries no charge and no obligation.

A paid pilot. One building, instrumented. Peel-and-stick sensors, no rewiring, no downtime, no integration with your building systems. The pilot deposit is the only thing you ever pay for directly — and every dollar of it comes back as a credit against implementation.

Shared savings. Zero upfront. AI-native sensors find the waste. You split the savings.

03  /  Reserve a slot

Deployment slots are scheduled, not stockpiled.

We deploy one building at a time and schedule installations in order. If the fit check comes back green and you want a place in line before your assessment completes, a letter of intent holds your slot — it costs nothing, commits no capital, and converts to a pilot agreement on your timeline.

04  /  Finding out

The check answers it in two minutes.

We do not publish our thresholds, and we do not ask you to guess at them. The check applies them for you and tells you where you stand. Sites that fall outside them today still hear back from us — coverage and capacity change, and we would rather know you exist.

Fewer than half of the savings identified in forty-five years of federal assessment data ever get implemented. The check is how we make sure yours aren't in that pile.
